總經理助理招聘要求(1人)

崗位職責:
Responsibilities: 

1、在總經理領導下負責辦公室的全麵工作,努力作好總經理的參謀助手,起到承上啟下的作用,認真做到全方位服務;
1. Taking care of the office administration work under the leadership of the General Manager; striving to be the best chief assistant to bridge the gap in communication; 
2、 在總經理領導下負責公司具體管理工作的布置、實施、檢查、督促、落實執行情況;
2. Taking care of the concrete management work arrangement, execution, inspection, urging of implementation, etc. under the leadership of the General Manager. 
3、協助總經理作好經營服務各項管理,並督促、檢查落實貫徹執行情況;
3. Assisting the General Manager in management of different operation services, urging and inspecting the implementation of the instructions. 
4、負責各類文件的分類呈送,請上層領導閱批並轉有關部門即時處理或執行;
4. Responsible for classification and submission of various files; submitting files for higher officials’ approval and circulating the files among relevant departments for in time execution; 
5、協助總經理調查研究、了解公司經營管理情況,並提出處理意見或建議,供總經理決策;
5. Assisting the General Manager in research and investigation of the company’s operation and proposing suggestions for reference; 
6、做好總經理辦公會議和其他會議的組織工作和會議紀錄。做好決議、決定等文件的起草、發布;
6. Organizing and recording the General Manger’s meetings, other meetings; drafting and releasing the meetings’ decisions, etc. 
7、做好公司內外文件的發放、登記、傳遞、催辦、立卷、歸檔工作;
7. Responsible for distribution, registration, delivery, urging, filing and archiving of the company’s papers, both internal and external; 
8、負責保管使用公司介紹信和內外的公文辦理,解決來信、來訪事宜,及時處理、匯報;
8. Taking care of the company’s letter of instruction, dealing with documents, correspondence, visits, and timely handling and reporting the developments;
9、負責上級領導機關或兄弟單位領導的接待、參觀工作。
9. Responsible for receiving senior leaders or associated organizations and arranging their visit itinerary; 
任職資格:
Qualifications: 

1、年齡在28--35歲,本科以上學曆,金融或文秘專業;
1. Aged between 28 to 35, with a bachelor degree or above in the specialty of finance or secretarial work. 
2、熟練駕駛技術,具備公關、行政管理、企業管理等相關專業知識;
2. Good at driving and armed with knowledge of public relation, administrative management and enterprise management; 
3、工作有條理,細致、認真、有責任心,辦事嚴謹;
3. Orderly thinking with a careful, responsible and considerate mind at work; 
4、熟練電腦操作及Office辦公軟件及網絡知識;
4. Versed in computer operation, Office software and network. 
5、熟悉辦公室行政管理知識及工作流程,熟悉公文寫作格式,具備商務信函寫作能力;
5. Familiarity with office administration, work procedures, document writing, and business correspondence. 
6、具備較強的文字撰寫能力和較強的溝通協調以及語言表達能力;
6. Good at writing, communication and language performance. 
7、了解現代企業人力資源管理模式和實踐經驗積累,對人力資源管理各個職能模塊均有較深入的認識,熟悉國家相關的政策、法律法規;
7. Good understanding of human resources management mode in modern enterprises; rich experience in practice; deep insight of the various functions in HR management and well versed in relevant national policies, laws and rules. 
8、 很強的計劃性和實施執行的能力;有親和力,很強的激勵、溝通、協調、團隊領導能力,責任心、事業心;
8. Capable of making plans and executing them; equipped with the leadership of inspiring, communicating with, coordinating and unifying the team with s strong sense of responsibility and great enterprise. 
9、具備良好的人際交往能力、組織協調能力、溝通能力以及解決複雜問題的能力;
9. Good at inter-personal communication, organizing, coordinating, and solving complicated problems. 
10、有一定的市場分析及營銷能力,能敏銳地判斷市場動態並據此製訂公司的市場發展方向。
10. Capable of market analysis and marketing; a strong sense in capturing the trend and formulating its development direction based on the trend.
