ZAHDU PRIVACY POLICY
This “Privacy Policy” describes how we use, store and protect your personal information. Your registration on and use of the Zahdu.com website (the “Site”) constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the Zahdu User Agreement described to you during the registration process. The Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new users and is otherwise effective on June 15, 2012.

Personal Information We Collect
When you register on the Site, you will be asked to provide us with your name, physical shipping address, email contact information, and phone number(s). From time-to-time during your use of the Site, you may provide us with your credit card, bank and other transactional information based on your activities on the Site such as bidding, buying or selling goods/services. We may also collect from your use of the Site other information such as standard web log information, connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data and IP addresses. All such information, including other information provided by you or a third party that indentifies you or is capable of being associated with you is your “Personal Information.” When you provide us with Personal Information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers.
Your Personal Information is stored on our servers located in the United States. Zahdu is committed to industry best practices concerning security to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information in our possession. Your financial transactions on the Site are conducted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session, which encrypts all financial data for t ransmittal in a format that prevents theft of such information. While on a secure page, the lock at the bottom of a web browser becomes locked and this lets you know that you are in a secured session. Our servers are located in a secure, supervised environment and our databases are accessible only by persons who have entered into and are bound by a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement with us.
Your Personal Information and such other information as you may publish on the Site are protected by your password that we recommend you do not disclose to others. Our employees will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. If you share a computer with others, you should not save your login information (e.g., User ID and password) on the computer. Remember to sign out and close your browser window when you have finished your session on the Site.
No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless device or network can be perfectly secured and as a result, there is a risk that your Personal Information may be used or disclosed without your consent. You assume such risk when using the Site.
Our Use of Your Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes without your written permission. You agree that we may use your personal information to:

~ resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
~ prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities;
~ customize, measure and improve our services, content and advertising;
~ tell you about targeted marketing, company news & events, service updates, and promotional offers based on your specific preferences; and

Occasionally, we conduct user surveys to learn how we can better serve you. These surveys are optional and if you choose to respond, your responses will be kept anonymous. We retain your Personal Information after your account is closed to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, assist with investigations, enforce our user agreement and for other purposes permitted or required by law.
Information Shared Among You and Other Site Users
You and other Site users may share Personal Information and other information to negotiate and complete transactions between such users. While we are not a party to any such transaction, we encourage you and other users to respect user privacy. When you and another Site user are ready to complete a transaction, you will instruct us to provide to such other user your Personal Information and other information required for such transaction and such other user will likewise instruct us to provide you with their Personal Information and other information required for such transaction. You agree to use other user’s Personal Information only for such transaction or such other purposes requested by such user.
Neither we nor other Site users like spam and you should not add other Zahdu users to your mailing list (email or physical mail), or share, rent or sell other users’ contact information, without their consent. To report unauthorized Zahdu-related spam or spoof emails related to the Site, please forward the email to us at: http://www.zahdu.com/contactus.php. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Site policies. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community (via other tools), we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell such email addresses.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We may also share your Personal Information with:
~ service providers under contract who help with our business operations, including, but not limited to, providers of fraud investigations, bill collection and rewards programs;
~ other third parties to whom you ask us to send your information;
~ law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. In such events, we will disclose information relevant to the investigation including, but not limited to, your name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints, and bidding and listing history.
~ other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a combination occur, we will request that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your Personal Information.
We use "cookies" to store specific information about you and track your visits to our Site. It is not uncommon for websites to use cookies to enhance identification of their users. A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can be sent to your computer's hard drive only if you access our Site using the computer. If you do not de-activate or erase the cookie, each time you use the same computer to access our Site, our web servers will be notified of your visit to our Site and in turn we may have knowledge of your visit and the pattern of your usage. Generally, we use cookies to identify you and enable us to access your Personal Information and other information you provide to us so you do not have to re-enter it, to gather statistical information about usage of the Site by you and other users and to research visiting patterns.

Your Access, Review or Change to Your Personal Information
You can see, review and change your Personal Information and other information you have submitted to the Site and you must promptly update such information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once you post any information on the Site through the publishing tools, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information for use by other users. You may not be able to change or remove such posted information, but you may request us to close your account and remove such information from public view and we will act on such request as soon as reasonably possible.
This document addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Zahdu does not control the privacy policies of third parties. You are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your Personal Information to others.
The Site and its contents are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. If a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and such amended policy will become effective thirty (30) days after posted on the Site. Your continued use of Zahdu after such time will constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
