You can email us at support@zahdu.com or use the contact us form. Or if you prefer, you can call us toll-free and a company support representative will return your call. All inquiries are dealt with within two (2) business days.


What Is the Cost to use Zahdu?

We charge no ad listing or ad responding fees for either Buyer or Seller. We also provide free image hosting and will feature your ad listing within its category for free as well! Go ahead and post the ad of the item(s) for purchase, it costs you nothing. Regardless of how many Seller responses you receive, users are only charged the finalize transaction fee once you select to buy/sell from the Buyer/Seller of your choice. At no time are there any commission fees levied against the final sale price.


Are There Any Hidden Fees?

I Don't See Any Buyers/Sellers In My Category

Don't worry, our team is devoted to help you get your exact price or item sold and will bring as many buyer's/seller’s as possible into this venue. This way, competition is fair and prices can go down. If you want to recommend some of your friends to join our community, this will certainly help bring in more users in all categories and add to the efficient marketplace.


Do I Need A Credit Card Or Bank Account To Register?

No, you do not need either to register as a user on the Zahdu website. However, you will need a credit card or bank account in order to participate in buying/selling part of the “finalize transaction” process. You must be 18 years of age or older and consent to our registration terms and user agreement. Please beware that all instances of fraud are reported without hesitation to the IFCC (a division of the FBI) for possible investigation.


Why Am I Unable To Log-in Even Though I Have Registered?

After registering, a system generated email is delivered to the email address you provided us with. To finalize your registration, you must confirm your registration by clicking on the URL in this email you received. If you are having trouble remaining logged in it is typically a COOKIES issue or you’re having problems with your internet connection. COOKIES are data packets stored on your computer. Check your browser settings. You should enable sending/receiving cookies or else you will not be remembered and you will be prompted to re-login on most pages of our website. If a problem still occurs, please contact us indicating your user information (username, first/last name, email address, etc).


I Forgot My Password, How Do I Retrieve It?

You can retrieve your password and have it sent to the email address with which you registered by going to the Sign in box and clicking on “Forgot your password” link.


How Can I Change My User Information?

After you log in, you will be able to change your name, address, phone number, password, etc., from the My Account link at the top right of the Welcome page.


How Do I Update My Email Address?

Please use the contact us form so that we can verify your identity. Please provide us with your new email address, as well as the email address you used when initially registering.


Can I Import My Feedback Rating From Another Competitor's Site?

Not at this time. The reason for this is that we’re trying to create a distinct user rating system within the Zahdu user community, called Zee-ratings™. If you have established a good reputation at another site, we are in the exploratory due diligence of determining if, when, and how to best move that rating over to our site. Since Zahdu is unique in its' approach in the marketplace, we feel it's a strong differentiator for our user community to know that our ratings are built on user trust,  for, and by each other.

It’s free to join, affordable to use, and an overall more enjoyable marketplace giving Sellers access to qualified Buyer’s; and Buyer’s getting access to great deals. Other leading auction sites promote the seller and it has created an environment where only the sellers are the winners. At Zahdu we feel buyers should be back in control of their e-commerce transaction, and provide 24/7 global trading platform to do so.


How do I Create a Seller Email Alert?

First, you must be a registered user and logged in to Zahdu.com  Once logged in, click on "My Alerts" located in the top dark blue navigation bar, and then click on the "Create an alert" + button, to set up your alert. 


What Happens If The Zahdu System Breaks Down In The Middle of a Listing?

First check and verify that it is not your internet connection causing the issue.  If the Zahdu website goes down, then we are responsible and the ad listing will pick-up from the point-in-time of failure. When the problem is resolved, we'll notify the appropriate users in a timely manner.


What Happens If The Seller’s Connection Breaks Down In The Middle Of a Listing?

It is the Seller’s responsibility to insure a proper internet connection and stable system during the time of responding to a Buyers ad listing. In the event the Seller’s system goes down after they have finalized a transaction with a Buyer, then the Seller is still responsible as outlined in the Zahdu User Agreement.


With a Buyers Post Advantage, Why Do I Have to Deposit Funds When I Post My Ad?

Depositing a small percentage of funds is important for two reasons. One, it demonstrates to the Seller that you are a serious and qualified buyer. Two, it also demonstrates that you are willing to set aside a small percentage of your ad value and put “skin in the game” to prove you are there to take care of business and finalize a transaction.


Why should I pay to buy/sell on Zahdu when other "classified ads" websites are free?

As a buyer, you have to first determine what your time is worth when scouring multiple websites looking for a particular item you want to purchase. Does it make sense to pay to use a venue that favors you, the buyer, knowing you'll always get a great price, in which most of the time your savings is much higher than the user fees. As a seller, you have to ask yourself what it's worth to you to repeatedly get access to a large pool of qualified and serious buyers, who have the ability to make quicker closing decisions, in which you'll get paid faster. 


How Is Zahdu Changing The Market Landscape?

At other traditional e-commerce sites, you "get what you pay for". At Zahdu, you always get exactly what you want! Basically, it’s “name your price; but better!” We didn’t set out to be the biggest; we just want to be the best! We believe it’s just a matter of time before we get there. It’s about connecting qualified buyers and sellers, and doing it in a way that is transparent and straightforward. Try it once; use it for life!


Is there a list of items/services that are prohibited on Zahdu?

Yes! We do maintain a list of items/services that are unacceptable and prohibited throughout the Zahdu User Community. Click here to access and review the list of prohibitive items.


What is Zahdu's refund and cancellation policy?

All sales between Buyer and Seller are final. The Buyer/Seller transaction fees, when incurred by Users, are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or voided. However, Zahdu at it's sole discretion, may refund all or a portion of those fees, on a individual basis. The Buyers Post Advantage™ fee, as well as the Seller email alert fee, are both non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. When a Buyer selects the Buyers Post Advantage™ Plus option, and their Ad either expires, does not get any Seller responses, or the Buyer does not select any Seller responses, then if requested in writing by user, Zahdu may refund the entire deposited amount (up to $30.00 max) back to Buyers original payment method made at Ad posting, or credit the Buyer the appropriate amount for future ad postings. Buyer will also have the ability to initiate their own Buyers Post Advantage Plus deposit refund on the site.


How do I refund my initial ad deposit and/or renew my Ad?

These are both handled in the same place. For example, in the event your Ad does not receive any Seller responses, you do not select a Seller for your Ad, your Ad simply expires, or you simply want to renew your Ad, then to receive your Buyers Post Advantage Plus deposit back, and/or to renew your ad, go to "My Ads", and click on the green arrow to toggle to each choice. Then make your selection. The earliest a Buyer can process a good faith deposit refund, is after one (1) business banking day from initial deposit transaction date.


How does a Buyer and Seller square up with each other?

The Seller instructs the Buyer how they want to be paid, whether cash (in-person), credit card (if Seller has their own merchant account), PayPal, or Zahdu Check. Soon, our users will be able to square up through our e-wallet and electronic cash.
